If you’ve followed my makeup and hair work for a while then you probably recognise this absolute beauty of a bride. And this time it’s for real!

I met Jessie and Theo many years ago for a couples shoot, where I did Jessie’s hair and makeup. From then I have worked with Jessie many, many times, creating and testing so many different styles on her beautiful face and hair. At one point she was even the front cover of my website.

Jessie contacted me back in November to ask if I could do her wedding hair and makeup. I was really flattered and excited that Jessie picked me. I’d also had a cancellation, due to covid, for her wedding date so I was so lucky and happy I could say yes.

We first arranged a hair and makeup trial at my home studio where we tested the style to make sure it was the one for the day. I was so happy that Jessie picked me for my style not just because I could do hair and makeup. This is really important to me.

On the day I turned up bright and early to do the hair for Suzie (Jessie’s mum), two bridesmaids and of course Jessie’s hair and makeup.

We went for a super natural makeup look with a fresh glow and some falsies to enhance her already long lushes lashes.

For hair we went for soft curls with big chunky braids and some tiny little flowers in the back.
